Package Shipping

Sales through the website are only allowed for deliveries within the Spanish territory as long as they are standard products.

If no incidences or vacation periods occur, orders are sent within 25 calendar days of receipt of payment. The shipment is made through Transport Company with a tracking and delivery number without signature. This shipment usually takes about 24/48 hours.

 For Peninsula the price of transport are included. For the Autonomous Communities of the Balearic and Canary Islands and the Cities of Ceuta and Melilla there are established a few ports that are referenced to the weight and volume of the products to be sent. To correctly calculate these ports you must enter the island to which the transport is destined, because depending on the island the carrier charges a different price.

Method of delivery

The products are delivered on pallets to the final customer to ensure the best protection during transport. Product installation is not included. Delivery will be made at the street entrance of the building or company. The postage to higher floors of the building or company will be budgeted separately.

Taxes

The applicable VAT will be that in force at the time of formalizing the acquisition.
